Jon Bon Jovi & Richie Sambora Sing a Song

Jon Bon Jovi & Richie Sambora Sing a Song
"We started writing a couple of boy/girl songs, a Richie-got-out-of-rehab kind of a song, and we were going, `uggh, this is just tedious and it's not going anywhere','' Bon Jovi explained."Then last October the whole world changed - this economic downturn, we named a candidate for president, and suddenly there's lots of subject matter.''In the first single off the album, We Weren't Born To Follow, he sings "this road was paved by the hopeless and the hungry'', while urging listeners to "believe that the sun will shine tomorrow''.

That was the only quote on the press release. Couldn't they have given us a corny quote from Jon Bon Jovi that was obviously written by a PR person? You know, something like "During this tour, which would have never happened without AEG Live, Mastercard or Duracell batteries, we will 'circle the world' and see a million faces, and we'll ROCK THEM ALL!"JLS- who came second on X Factor last year- will perform their second single Everybody In Love back in the studio where it all began.Rock legends Bon Jovi will play their new track We Weren’t Born To Follow

Jon Bon Jovi Announced: The Circle World Tour "Two Year"

The Circle World Tour "Two Year"
Bon Jovi announced a two-year world tour on Thursday that will include 30 countries and 135 cities, including Chicago. "The Circle World Tour," named after the band's upcoming album, "The Circle," comes to Soldier Field on July 30, 2010.
Bon Jovi played three shows at the United Center in Feb. 2008 during the "Lost Highway" tour, but that was only the band's second tour with AEG Live. According to AEG Live President and CEO Randy Phillips, this upcoming tour is going to be better for obvious reasons.
"It is often said that the third time is a charm, and in the case of the Bon Jovi/AEG Live relationship, this axiom certainly holds," Phillips said by press release. "AEG Live has been honored to serve as the band's worldwide tour promoters, from the 2005 'Have A Nice Day' tour to the highest grossing tour of 2008, 'Lost Highway,' to the upcoming 'The Circle World Tour' in 2010. Bon Jovi is one of the most prolific and exciting live rock bands in the world."
US rockers Bon Jovi have confirmed Australia will be part of their world tour in support of the new album The Circle. While no dates are locked in yet, frontman Jon Bon Jovi says Australia will "absolutely'' feature in their 30-country, two-year tour, which kicks off in February. Both acts will appear on the show on November 1 as viewers vote off a fourth act.

New Boyz started 2009 as a Los Angeles underground youth phenomenon, but in only a matter of months, they’ve become rising stars on a national level. In this short time period, 17-year-olds Ben J and Legacy have gone from shows in local high school gyms to performing on the red carpet at the BET Awards and booking an impressive lineup of concerts across the country.
This astounding jump comes from the success of their song “You’re a Jerk,” a hypnotic dancefloor-filler that the New York Times called “pretty much perfect.” Though it started as a favorite on MySpace, it has turned into a certified hit. It not only became the most requested track on influential L.A. radio station Power 106, but it’s taken over playlists around the country. During its first week for sale on iTunes, “You’re a Jerk” sold over 53 thousand copies.

Dionne Bromfield is a schoolfriend set to follow, will it just be a vanity venture?

will it just be a vanity venture?

English singer and songwriter Amy Winehouse, 26, is to appear on BBC1 One’s Strictly Come Dancing this weekend – as a backing singer for her 13 year old goddaughter, Dionne Bromfield. She has signed to Amys own record label.
Winehouse may not have released any new material since the 10 million-selling Back To Black three years ago, but she is making herself heard on the music scene again after setting up Lioness Records.
Her first release is the debut album by Dionne Bromfield, who sounds like a sweeter, more youthful Winehouse with a collection of 1960s soul and girl group covers.
One of Winehouse's long-time backing singers Zalon Thompson is also expected to join the label after recording a solo album with Back To Black co-producer Mark Ronson.
Winehouse's manager Raye Cosbert recently said Zalon's brother and fellow backing vocalist - and former X Factor hopeful - Heshima would follow.
He has also mentioned the name Juliette, likely referring to Winehouse's close friend Juliette Ashby, who was the other half of rap duo Sweet 'n' Sour with Winehouse when they were 10 years old.
Winehouse wanted to set up a label to "bring through the talent around her", according to Darcus Beese, co-president of Island Records, who signed the singer in 2003.
Dionne Bromfield is the first signing to the Back to Black star’s new record label, Lioness. The pair will stage Bromfield’s first single Mama Said, originally a hit for The Shirelles in 1961.
Bromfield said: “Amy and I both love Strictly… so it was brilliant to find out I’ll be on TV for the first time singing on one of my favourite shows.”
Winehouse, is convinced her goddaughter can have a successful career. “The first time I heard Dionne sing, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing – such an amazing voice from such a young girl. “She’s so much better than I was at her age.”

Kanye west Video Music Awards Shout-out Scandal is Finally

out Scandal is Finally

Beyoncé Knowles, whose loss to Taylor Swift in the Best Female Video category prompted West to storm the stage and steal the microphone from Swift at the Sept. 13 ceremony, says she understands the rapper's motivation.
Beyonce has broken her silence over Kanye West's infamous outburst at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, insisting she was horrified when the rapper interrupted Taylor Swift to voice his support for his pal.
The 'Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)' hitmaker lost out to Swift for the Best Female Video prize at last month's ceremony - but the country singer's big moment was ruined when West stormed the stage in protest and proclaimed it belonged to Beyonce.
Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he's like, 'You have this award,'" she told O: The Oprah Magazine editor-at-large Gayle King.

Madonna & David Letterman : Discuss Marriage A-Road etc.....

Madonna & David Letterman : Discuss Marriage A-Road etc.....

The feuding pair was separated by the host of fictitious MTV show 'Deep House Dish', but a comedy war of words ensued as Gaga, the show's musical guest, cooed, "Guess what Madonna, I'm totally hotter than you," to which the Material Girl replied, "Hey guess what, I'm taller than you. What sort of a name is Lady Gaga; it sounds like baby food!"
It was a star-studded "Saturday Night Live" with Ryan Reynolds guest hosting and his wife Scarlett Johansson playing his comedy spouse in a skit about a family porcelain fountain firm. Reynolds also raised laughs as a prison dance instructor in fictitious show 'So You Committed A Crime & You Think You Can Dance', a segment hosted by comedian Andy Samberg as Britney Spears' overweight ex Kevin Federline.

Madonna published photographs of her wedding to Guy Ritchie

Madonna published photographs of her wedding to Guy Ritchie

Madonna has accepted substantial undisclosed damages from the Mail on Sunday after it published photographs of her wedding to Guy Ritchie.
A staged - and rather poorly acted - fight between Lady Gaga and Madonna on Saturday Night Live has become an instant YouTube sensation.
The skit featured the two pop stars performing on stage together in similar tight-fitting outfits.
The photographs were the only ones taken at the wedding at Skibo Castle in 2000 and were kept in a photograph album by Madonna. An interior designer copied pictures from that album, Madonna's lawyer is reported to have said.
Those pictures were offered for sale to the Mail on Sunday by an intermediary in June 2008. The newspaper did not publish them until October of that year, when Madonna's divorce was announced.
PA reported that Associated Newspapers accepted that it had behaved wrongly and accepted that it had invaded her privacy and infringed her copyright.
The paper published 10 of the 27 photos that were copied from Madonna's album. It said that it had destroyed all copies of the photos in its possession.
Photographs of celebrity weddings have led to legal disputes in the past. Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas won a landmark ruling in 2003 when a magazine published unauthorised pictures of their wedding on the same day as the magazine to which they had sold the right to publish their wedding pictures.
Madonna and Lady Gaga stunned America on Saturday night by staging a catfight on live TV. The two pop divas performed a synchronized dance-off, dressed in matching black lingerie and knee-high boots, as part of a comedy skit on Saturday Night Live, which was called to a halt when Madonna started pulling Gaga's wig and throttling her, yelling, "What the hell is a disco stick?" - referring to the younger star's hit.

Jennifer Hudson Talks at Event celebrating it's 70th Anniversary

Event celebrating it's 70th Anniversary

The show also featured "Dancing With the Stars" cast member Julianne Hough (who sang the Scarecrow's song "If I Only Had a Brain"), R&B crooner Bilal and Roots drummer ?uestlove, who also produced the whole show.
“He’s the cutest thing in the world!” she said to People magazine. “There are no other words for it. He’s the best. It’s just amazing—us discovering each other, me becoming a mom.”
The new mom also shared her belief that she passed on her music gene and said that he is already into music. Hudson said that when “someone turns on the music…he just stops and calms down” when he’s having a “screaming fit.”
She said: "He's a very rare newborn. He tries a lot - he's turning over, he's lifting up his own head, he tries to hold his own bottle, sometimes I swear he's talking to me, or at least trying to.
"The other day he said, 'Hi!' - I swear, I'm not crazy. David was there too, and he was like, 'He just said, Hi!' He's very aware."
Jennifer is inspired to be a good parent by her own mother - who, along with the singer's brother Jason, was killed by William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister Julia last year.
"The other night he was having a fit screaming, and someone turns on the music and he just stops and calms down. And I was exactly the same way as a baby."

Kanye West & Lady Gaga Just Stop Country Tour Of Hot Interview

Kanye West & Lady Gaga Just Stop Country Tour Of Hot Interview

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – A U.S. and Canada tour by Kanye West and Lady Gaga has been canceled with no reason given just weeks after the rap star came under public fire for humiliating country star Taylor Swift at an awards ceremony.
Concert promoter Live Nation said in a statement on Thursday that the "Fame Kills" tour, that was due to kick off in Phoenix, Arizona on November 10 and run through January, had been canceled with refunds available at the point of sale.
West came under fire after an outburst at the MTV Video Music wards when he grabbed the microphone as country teen star Taylor Swift was responding to her best female video award to say that R&B star Beyonce should have won Swift's trophy.
The Grammy winner has since apologized to Swift and expressed regret twice on the Web and in a TV appearance on "The Jay Leno Show" for his behavior that drew boos from the crowd and prompted a ban of his music by some radio stations in California and Florida.
The Fame Kills tour was set to begin in Phoenix next month and continue until January next year. However, promoter Live Nation announced yesterday that the concerts would no longer go ahead. A reason has not yet been given, although those who bought tickets will be refunded.
It's been a turbulent few weeks for West, who was heavily criticised for his behaviour at the MTV VMA awards in New York last month. The rapper invaded the stage as country star Taylor Swift picked up an award, grabbing the mic to say: "Taylor, I'mma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time ..." Criticism was so rife that even President Obama called West a "jackass". The rapper later made a shame-faced appearance on The Jay Leno Show where he attributed his behaviour to the fact that he hasn't had time to grieve for his mother, who died in 2007.
When 50 Cent called himself the "greatest show on Earth" during a radio interview on Wednesday, he wasn't kidding about the circus reference.
The G-Unit rapper held court on a number of topics with Angie Martinez on New York's Hot 97, from Kanye West and Lady Gaga's joint tour to Jay-Z to his possible plans to hang up the mic. The interview was lively, at times insulting and often confusing.
